The registration fee for this event is $150. (A limited number of $250 travel stipends are available. Please email Melinda Valverde to inquire about availability.) The fee includes two continental breakfasts, two lunches, dinner on Friday night and refreshment breaks on Friday and Saturday. All other meals are your responsibility.

Your $150 participation fee (and guest meal fees, if appropriate) is due at the time of registration. Please make checks payable to ELCA and mail payment to the following address:

Participants are responsible for reserving and paying for their hotel accommodations. A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting attendees for the nights of January 6–10. Reservations can be made by calling 904-261-6161 or visiting the hotel’s website.

In order to secure the $159 per night guaranteed rate, plus the $10 per night resort fee (includes parking, internet, transportation service on the resort, beach access and unlimited health/fitness center access), please indicate that you are registering for the 2017 LECNA—ELCA Conference. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, December 6, 2016.
